This work is for teams and collectives seeking greater clarity around their shared vision and strategy, particularly when working toward systemic or social change. Facilitation creates space to surface what matters most, explore differing perspectives, and strengthen collective decision-making.

Creating inclusive, collaborative spaces that centre care, well-being and justice.
Mixed approaches such as Open Space Technology, World Café, Fishbowl, and group, pair, and individual exercises.

I work with non-profit organisations, communities, and activist groups, supporting vision and strategy development, facilitating conferences and events, and guiding reflective retrospectives.

Through facilitated reflection and dialogue, teams can deepen their capacity to collaborate, build trust, and develop resilience in the face of challenge. The process balances structure with openness, allowing insight to emerge while keeping the group oriented toward practical outcomes.

6x one-hour sessions over 3 months, if you want to focus on a specific goal or transition.

12x one-hour sessions over 6 months for a deeper dive and more ongoing support.
