My coaching offers a reflective space grounded in empathy, challenge, and somatic awareness. Drawing on Focusing-Oriented Coaching, I help you slow down, listen to your body’s wisdom, and explore the patterns, values, and questions that shape your professional and personal growth.

Together, we explore what matters most to you, paying attention to both inner experience and external context. This includes awareness of power dynamics, structural positioning, and the systems you move within, so that growth feels sustainable, ethical, and embodied, not rushed or extractive.
